Configure Google Work Business for Journaling- Basic and Business Plans

Google Workspace Business plans do not offer journaling support. Nevertheless, you can utilize Email Vault to route copies of inbound, outbound, and internal messages to your account. Email Vault functions similarly to forwarding.

1. Head to the Admin page for your Google Work Business account

2. Head to Apps>Google Workspace>Gmail>Routing

3. Locate Routing and select 'Configure'

4. Name your rule and choose all message types.

5. Scroll to "Also deliver to' and check "Add more recipients" and select "add"

6. Paste your unique journaling address and press "Save"
