Importing Emails to Email Vault

You can upload archived emails to Email Vault. Email Vault accepts individual .eml files, .eml files zipped, and .pst files.

# Email Vault

1. Click on Imports

2. The import page is separated into two sections: Pending Imports

5. Click on Select Files or Drag and Drop the files you wish to import

9. Your import will move to the Uploading status. At this time, you can continue to use Email Vault, but you cannot close your tab until the staus has completed it's Upload.

10. Click on Pending Imports

11. When the upload is complete the Staus moves to Pending

12. The import will move to Scanning and where we confirm that all the files are valid for importing.

13. Once Scanning is complete, you will see the number of emails ready for Importing.
