Requesting a Feature and Managing Settings
In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to submit a feature request, access key policies, and manage your user settings within the Email Vault platform.

#Requesting a Feature
1. Go to Email Vault in the sidebar.
2. Scroll down and click on Request a Feature at the bottom left.
3. A Feature Request window will appear in the center of the screen.
4. Enter your Email in the first field.
5. Type a Subject summarizing your request.
6. Enter a clear description of the feature you’d like to see implemented.
7. Click the Submit button.
8. The request will be recorded and sent to the product team for review.
#Accessing Legal Information
1. Click the Terms and Conditions link in the sidebar footer.
2. A new tab will open with the complete Terms and Conditions document.
3. Click the Privacy Policy link below that.
4. The Privacy Policy will also open in a new review tab.
#Managing User Interface and Settings
1. Click the App Bar Menu Icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner to collapse or expand the sidebar.
2. Click the Notification Bell Icon in the top-right corner to view system alerts and updates.
3. Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner (initials avatar).
4. From the profile menu, you can:
- Change your Password
- Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Update your Payment Method
- Edit your Organization Name
