Navigating the Billing Features

In this guide, we will demonstrate how to update your payment information, review your estimated bill, and access your previous invoices.

1. Go to my.emailvault.app

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Billing

4. This estimates your bill after storage, exports, and your subscription cost.

5. This is your next payment date.

6. This is the storage used so far n this 30-day period.

7. Your 30-day subscription cost

8. The amount you are being charged per GB

9. The total amount of export cost accrued so far in the 30 days.

10. You can update your billing information here.

11. View past invoices here.
