Changing Your Password

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to update your account password within the Email Vault platform.

1. Log in to your Email Vault account.

2. Click on Account Profile in the top-right corner.

3. Select the Change Password option. 

4. A Change Password modal window will open. 

5. Enter your Current Password in the first field.

6. Enter your New Password. 

7. Review the password requirements displayed below the field. 

8. Re-enter your New Password to confirm.

9. (Optional) Click Show to view the password while typing.

10. Click Change to update your password.

11. Log in again with your new password to confirm the update.
